Pay Attention to a real difficulty in setting up I have an Apple TV and c is hardly compatible the sound bar takes 2 minutes to light up the quality is very average it is worth 15 € not plus I sent everything back I prefer to go on of the Philips did the customer service is lamentable to avoid!!

There’s a serious problem. The tape only lights up on the first element. From the first corner the LEDs do not light up.
What should I do? Can you repair yourself?
Is it possible for me to send a LED tape to replace this?
I have a video that shows the problem. With photo is not possible to show the question. What should I do to show the failure?
I would be grateful if you would help me solve the whole matter. I love the Moes and so this was a big disappointment.
