A complete fraud…none of it was as advertised. I returned it the day I received it. It’s not even close to 10K W…more like 3.5k ( marked as a 4K W in the literature), and the remote control box sent with it did NOT have a Cat5 receptacle, in fact was blank…was totally different than the one shown for sale. I contacted Customer Service for this sale, and their response was I’m just an employee, I know nothing, we just sell it – so sorry you unhappy, but leave a good review so I not get into trouble. Can you believe this!!?? I was dumbfounded.
